Together with your colleagues in Customer Operations, you will handle day-to-day order management, resolve disputes and queries, prepare reports, and proactively communicate with our customers. You’ll also collaborate closely with the rest of the team to ensure high-quality customer service.

You’ll play a key role in achieving our targets and KPIs. If you’re positive, open-minded, highly motivated, and proactive with excellent communication and analytical skills, you might be the perfect fit for this role! Depending on your profile, your responsibilities may include:

  • Order Management: Handle orders, ensure smooth processing, and address customer queries via phone and email.
  • Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments, including customer service, production, warehouse, and transport planning.
  • Dispute Resolution: Register, track, and resolve disputes while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Prepare reports for business units and maintain accurate customer master data.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in improvement initiatives, projects, and documentation reviews aligned with established guidelines.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Danish (B2/C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Team Collaboration: A One-Team spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced support center environment.
  • Technical Skills: A natural flair for IT systems, digital tools, and familiarity with SAP and CSM (training provided if needed).
  • Flexibility and Commitment: High dedication to achieving results, improving services, and working flexible shifts, including some weekends.
