Your main tasks:
  • Assisting customers with technical problems related to ATM service.
  • Responding to calls and complaints, providing technical and factual support.
We expect you to:
  • Knowledge of Dutch at C1/C2 level - communicating freely with foreign customers is essential.
  • Communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work Monday to Friday and two Saturdays per month (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
  • Responsibility, conscientiousness and willingness to learn new skills.
  • -Ambition and commitment to grow within the structures of a leader in the financial industry.
